Return Policy
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that accidents can occasionally happen during shipping. Please review our return policy below:

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, spilled, physically broken, or if an incorrect item was sent.

The customer must send a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect merchandise within 24 hours of delivery to glamessentialsshop@gmail.com for review.

Once approved, the same product will be replaced , no refunds will be issued.

The customer must return the damaged item before a replacement is sent.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the damaged product and for the replacement item’s shipping. Replacement shipping is not free.

After an order is shipped and the tracking number is provided, Glam Essentials Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and provide your tracking number for assistance. -
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your information before placing the order.
